Harvard Maintenance - - Responsibilities:
Perform basic cleaning of all assigned areas including common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing;
Restock restrooms and replace dispensers; empty trash and sanitize fixtures;
Move and vacuum furniture, reposition items, and replace liners; check trash containers;
Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, and spot cleaning glass;
Attend to flooded areas and incidental spills; restock carts and closets at end of shift
