Corrective Maintenance - perform work to correct damaged equipment or a facility component within 24 hours;
Emergency Maintenance - respond to outages and facility issues to prevent harm or damage;
Other Duties as Assigned - exterior maintenance, cleaning mechanical rooms, landscaping, transporting equipment;
Scheduled Maintenance - perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS;
Service Request Maintenance - handle user-requested non-emergency maintenance
