On-Call Onsite Generalist (Part-Time / Casual / Seasonal)

Downtown Rogers, Arkansas | $16–$20/hr | As-Needed Shifts

We’re building a pool of reliable, capable generalists who can jump in as-needed to support day-to-day operations in a 50,000 sq ft facility in downtown Rogers, AR. This role is not full-time, and we want to be completely transparent: this is strictly seasonal / coverage-based work to support our full-time on-site lead when needed.

• Maintain facility with high-standard janitorial / cleaning work.
• Support general onsite operations and facility tasks.
• Move items and supplies (must lift up to 50 lbs).
• Use tech tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Hubspot, and co-working platforms.
• Communicate clearly and stay organized while juggling multiple priorities.
• Work independently while problem-solving without constant direction.

• Self-starter, proactive, independent, and resourceful.
• Can multitask and remain calm while moving fast.
• Comfortable being on feet in a large facility environment.
• Tech-capable: able to use Gmail, Google Workspace, and download apps; comfortable using both phone and laptop.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Available weekdays and/or weekends as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

This is casual, on-call, as-needed work. Shifts may be during the week and/or weekends depending on coverage needs. Hours vary and there are no guaranteed hours. This role is best suited to someone who wants flexible work, not a full-time job.

Pay is $16–$20 per hour depending on experience and fit.

This job is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be moving, cleaning, lifting, thinking, and managing tasks in a large facility, often with minimal supervision.
