Maintenance Generalist (1st Shift) - Chick N Quick - Rogers AR

Job Overview

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and keeping machinery, equipment, and company assets running. The role includes preventative maintenance, ensuring a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

4 AM - 4 PM. Wednesday
- Sunday one week;
Wednesday
- Friday the following week;
Wednesdays are half days 10 AM - 4 PM.

Starting rate based on qualifications and experience level.

• Identify all parts, supplies, and services required to maintain equipment in the assigned area.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals.
• Perform lifting, reaching, rotating, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift.
• Work in cold, hot, wet, dusty, and noisy environments.
• Use basic hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, drill press, band saws, multi-meter, and other tools.

• Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience or education.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
