We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner / Unit Turn Specialist to clean and prepare apartment units for new residents. The position is responsible for ensuring vacant units are clean, presentable, and move-in ready while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Thoroughly clean vacant apartment units between residents.

Prepare apartments for new move-ins according to property standards.

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, closets, and other interior spaces.

Clean and sanitize appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.

Clean floors, carpets, windows, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces.

Remove trash, debris, and unwanted items from units.

Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize areas as needed.

Identify cleaning, maintenance, or repair issues and report them to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Assist maintenance staff with preparing units for turnover when needed.

Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.

Follow proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Complete unit cleaning assignments within established deadlines.

Perform other cleaning and property-support duties as assigned.

Previous apartment cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cleaning assignments.

Ability to follow cleaning checklists and instructions.

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Knowledge of common cleaning chemicals, products, and their proper uses.

Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This position requires working primarily inside apartment units and common areas, with occasional outdoor work. The employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, dirt, odors, and other conditions commonly associated with apartment turnover and property maintenance. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
