Primary Duties
Support overall administrative and operational activities. This role is responsible for assisting with vendor management, invoice and payment processing, administrative support, AP/AR-related activities, and general office and operational support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities- Support daily administrative and operational activities for the office and warehouse
- Manage vendor communications, service requests, and follow-up activities
- Process and track invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and related documentation through internal systems (SAP, approval systems, etc.)
- Support administrative and operational activities including AP/AR processing, inventory tracking, and documentation management
- Coordinate office supplies, company assets, and general purchasing activities
- Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records as required
- Assist with mail/shipping operations and general office logistics
- Support compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties assigned by management
- Administrative, AP/AR, or office operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments in a professional manner
- Basic understanding of office, warehouse, and operational support activities preferred
- Ability to work independently and support cross-functional operations
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
