PositionSummary
Palatine Park District is seeking a knowledgeable and experience Administrative Assistant to join our team! The Administrative Assistant shall provide primary administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the clerical, secretarial and project support to all departments operating from the Administrative offices of the park district. May also be asked to serve as Park Board Secretary, OMA and FOIA Officer designations in Executive Assistant's absence.
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in clerical administration or related field
- Public notary preferred
- Unlimited in-house complimentary programs
- Seasonal pool passes for indoor and outdoor pools (individual and family)
- Fitness Center membership (individual and family)
The pay range for this position is $19-21/hour, dependent on qualifications.
