We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional process and workflow support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications/systems, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and workflows that are integral to the daily operations of our firm. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Communicates clearly and concisely
• Troubleshoots a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, providing hands‑on support
• Refers more complex problems to supervisors or other experts
• Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign to form a basic understanding of specific function
• Participates in meetings and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance
• Effectively works with other internal teams to triage and elevate issues that cannot be resolved by our team
• Experience working with Applied EPIC or CSR
  24 is a plus

• Positive attitude, patience, and high level customer service skills

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
