How

you'll make an impact

You will play an important role in developing and communicating management information, finding opportunity areas, and launching performance-driving initiatives. The role comes with high exposure to the Gallagher Bassett Executive Team and Claims Operation leaders, the opportunity to develop strategy and core consulting skills, and the expectation to contribute significantly to the team and organization.

This role will report directly to the Manager, Workforce Optimization and Claims Operational Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Owns operational model for claims workforce to support Executive Committee updates
  • Analyzes data to provide insight into performance and improvement opportunities
  • Models business scenarios and quantifies the financial implications of proposed strategies
  • Prepares and delivers effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of internal partners.
  • Collaborates on cross-functional teams to develop new tools, implement process changes, and execute on projects
About You Required
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years professional experience with quantitative analysis.
  • Less than 20% travel.
Preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (drafting and developing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses and recommendations.)

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
