OverviewWe’re looking for a National Client Relations Leader to oversee strategic relationships with our major national accounts. This role is all about building strong partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll be the senior point of contact for key clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference.
How You'll Make an Impact- Act as the senior liaison for national clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain accounts.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high‑quality service.
- Use insights and feedback to improve our offerings.
- Travel nationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field and 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience managing high‑value client relationships and leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively across teams.
- A willingness to travel nationally (up to 50–75%).
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong communicator at all levels, able to build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to identify and act on coaching opportunities.
We offer a competitive base salary of $84,500 – $165,000, with compensation influenced by experience, education and market. In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package.
