Overview

Senior M&A Change Management Strategist

Gallagher continues to experience significant global growth, fueled in large part by an active and strategic M&A approach. As we bring new organizations into the Gallagher family, ensuring seamless integration-both operationally and culturally-is critical to sustaining that momentum.

This is where the Integration Management Office (IMO) plays a pivotal role. As part of this team, the Senior M&A Change Management Strategist will sit at the center of transformation, helping guide organizations, leaders, and employees through complex change with clarity, structure, and purpose.

Reporting to Gallagher's Integration Management Office Change Management M&A Leader, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how newly acquired businesses are onboarded, aligned, and positioned for long-term success within Gallagher's ecosystem. You'll work across business units, corporate functions, and global teams-making this a highly visible and impactful position.

How you'll make an impact

* Support Change Initiatives:
Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies for merger and acquisition projects.

* Communication Development:
Collaborate with members of the business, corporate and global functions across Gallagher to create and deliver effective communication materials that support change initiatives and engage stakeholders.

* Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal partners to recognize their needs and concerns, ensuring their alignment and support for change efforts.

* Training and Support:
Support the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.

* Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Resource Management:
Maintain and update change management templates, tools, and resources to ensure they reflect the latest capabilities and align with the Gallagher brand.

* Continuous Improvement:
Find opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of standard processes in change management

About You

Required:

* Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience in change management, organizational development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing collaborators at various levels.

* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Analytical mindset with abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

* Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
