How

You’ll Make an Impact

Primarily focused on defining, analyzing, identifying, and improving business processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall performance of the practice. Provides recommendations for process improvements and optimizations based on data analysis and best practices. Performs research, analysis, and strategy development based on data gathered, verified and processed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document new processes, procedures, and policies to improve the efficiency, quality, and customer experience of our services.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input and feedback on process improvements; monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document current business processes that may be impacted by any system implementations and identify opportunities for improvement that may be driven by a different system approach.
  • Ensure that new systems are configured to meet the business requirements and that any customizations are in line with best practices.
  • Develop process manuals and user guides to support end‑users in their day‑to‑day activities; review onboarding processes for new acquisitions and conduct post‑onboarding evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding plan for new acquisitions.
  • Create and maintain training materials, such as tutorials, job aids, and videos, to support training initiatives along with training programs for employees on new and revised processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Create customized training programs to meet the needs of different departments, roles, and skill levels.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and identification of gaps in employee knowledge and skills to address and reinforce learning to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
About You Required
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in process improvement or a related role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize multiple tasks and meet all required deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Desired
  • Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
