PositionContract Administrator based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. Full‑time onsite with a 9/80 schedule.
What You’ll Get To DoSupport the Electronic Warfare and Targeting (EW&T) Contracts team by managing all phases of a contract portfolio from business development through closeout. Provide timely responses to internal and external customers and support major capture and proposal activities, including guiding proposals through the approval process to award.

- Letter writing and filing
- Contract documentation management
- Modifications administration and processing
- Data calls and status reporting for internal and external customers
- Interacting with multiple functional areas to provide contract support and guidance
- Assisting in management of record retention files
- Other duties as assigned
- Coordinate daily with internal and external customers to address outstanding questions or issues
- Self‑starter with excellent analytical and communication skills, able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload
- Comfortable in customer negotiations and discussions
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment
- Meet high performance expectations in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience in contract administration/management OR Master’s degree with 1 year of experience
- Experience using MS Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance (required)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Acquisitions, or Law
- 4 years’ experience in Defense Contract Administration
- Experience with Cost‑Type, Firm Fixed Price, T&M procurement contract types, and Other Transactions
- Experience with federal government contracting requirements; FAR/DFAR interpretations
