Overview

Gallagher’s expansion continues to grow through a strategic M&A approach. As new organizations join the Gallagher family, seamless integration—both operationally and culturally—is critical to sustaining growth. This role is central to the Integration Management Office (IMO) as a Senior M&A Change Management Strategist, guiding organizations, leaders, and employees through complex change with clarity, structure, and purpose.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Support change initiatives by developing and implementing change‑management plans and strategies for merger and acquisition projects.
  • Collaborate with business, corporate, and global functions to create and deliver effective communication materials that support change initiatives and engage stakeholders.
  • Engage internal partners to recognize their needs and concerns, ensuring alignment and support for change efforts.
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update change‑management templates, tools, and resources to reflect the latest capabilities and align with the Gallagher brand.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to standard processes in change management.
About You Required
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
Highly Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to engage and influence collaborators at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with change‑management methodologies and tools.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range reflects the anticipated low and high ends of the range for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by experience, education, market, scope, and other factors.
