Salary: $39.25-$45.33/hr. (Average $42.30/hr depending on experience)
80% in field, 20% in office, own vehicle is required.

Description of RoleThe OSP Construction Coordinator oversees field activities, ensures compliance with standards, manages construction aspects including planning for materials, labor, and resources, and works with moderate guidance as they acquire higher‑level skills.
Tasks- Oversees and executes various construction duties, ensuring safe operations and compliance with standards.
- Conducts field site assessments, surveys, and post‑construction reviews.
- Manages project costs, develops estimates, and monitors job expenses.
- Maintains accurate records of project details, milestones, and resource usage.
- Enforces work site safety standards and ensures compliance, conducting regular safety meetings.
- Manages resources, supports project coordination, and generates construction‑related reports.
- Addresses customer requests, monitors crew performance, and provides guidance to technicians.
- Coordinates all phases of construction projects, including interactions with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Interacts with government officials, utilities, contractors, and internal partners.
- Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule and fulfills other assigned duties.
- Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction (fiber and coax)
- Excel and Outlook skills required
- Cross‑functional team coordination skills required
- Ability to take ownership of jobs/tasks and drive to completion
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Ability to learn new proprietary software, download and compare data skills required
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week up to twice a month in personal vehicle
Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
