Join a growing fire protection company that plays a critical role in keeping businesses, facilities, and occupants safe. We are seeking a highly organized Service Operations Coordinator to support our inspection, service, and maintenance teams while ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless day-to-day operations. Previous experience in fire protection, life safety, fire alarm, sprinkler, or related service industries is highly preferred.

Candidates from HVAC, electrical, security systems, plumbing, mechanical services, or other field service environments are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service, inspection, and maintenance technicians.
  • Manage incoming service requests and dispatch field personnel efficiently.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, work status, and service updates.
  • Process service work orders, inspection reports, and customer documentation.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, service agreements, and customer follow-up.
  • Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements within a highly regulated industry.
  • Work closely with technicians, management, and customers to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or operations support.
  • Fire protection, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, life safety, or related industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and service management software.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with both customers and field teams.
