Candidates may be hired as a Engineer Systems Test (level
2) or a Principle Engineer Systems Test (level
3) based on their qualifications. This position is part of our Space Sector Eastern Region SEIT Engineering Organization located at Rolling Meadows, IL
.

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
• Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
• Actively maintain active list of calibrated equipment at Rolling Meadows
• Updating calibration information using NG system of record; TEAMMS
• Support sanitizing equipment for egress from closed area labs
• Coordinate and arrange shipping to internal calibration departments and/or test equipment vendor sites
• Work with program security to generate transportation plans of sanitized equipment due for calibration
• Work with Govt property to track egress and ingress of equipment during calibration and other special test events
• Support up to 25% travel

• Engineer Systems Test:
  Bachelors Degree and 4 years of related experience; or a Master’s Degree.
• Principal Engineer Systems Test:
  Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related experience; a Master’s Degree and 2 years of related experience; or a PhD.
• Must have an active Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.

• Demonstrated history of strong organization and coordination skills (working with cross-functional teams).
