Role Overview
:
As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our multi-entity operations. This role requires a professional who can transition seamlessly between detailed accounting operations and high-level strategic reporting to HQ.

• Financial Leadership
  :
  Direct and review subsidiaries' financial statements, ensuring accuracy in monthly closing and reporting.
• Consolidation & HQ Reporting
  :
  Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports and management packages for executive review and HQ submission.
• Compliance & Audit Management
  :
  Oversee the implementation of internal control procedures (ICFR) and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Strategic FP&A:
  Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, performing deep-dive variance analysis to provide actionable business insights.
• Subsidiary Coordination
  :
  Manage communication and financial policy alignment across all U.S. entities.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A.
• Language
  :
  Native-level fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is mandatory for HQ and local communication.
• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise
  :
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and Internal Controls.
• Skillset
  :
  Proven track record in Monthly Closing, Audit Defense, and Consolidation.
• STEM OPT
  :
  Eligibility for STEM OPT candidates.
