The client is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to manage key corporate financial reporting, consolidation support, cash flow forecasting, and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) activities across the company and its U.S. subsidiaries. Serving as a crucial finance partner, this role owns subsidiary financial/footnote reporting packages, working independently while collaborating closely with subsidiary accounting teams, headquarters in Korea, external auditors, and senior leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and automated financial governance.

• Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
  Proven track record in preparing quarterly/annual footnote reporting packages, monthly closing packages, trial balance reviews, and HQ consolidation support.
• ICFR & Internal Controls:
  Hands-on experience evaluating control design/operating effectiveness, updating Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), testing SOX-style controls, and managing audit remediation.
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis:
  Advanced capabilities in managing rolling 12-month cash flow models, analyzing variance trends, and evaluating liquidity/funding requirements.

• Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
  Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and footnote packages to HQ; reconcile accounts, investigate trial balance variances, and maintain consistent reporting standards.
• Accounting Governance & Audit Coordination:
  Track changes in IFRS 18 and U.S. GAAP standards; manage internal/external audit requests, maintain standardized account mappings, and elevate unusual transaction risks.
• Rolling Cash Flow & Financial Analysis:
