Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a fulfilling part‑time role supporting families in the Rolling Meadows and nearby areas? Join our team and make a meaningful impact by providing high‑quality, in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Setting:
In-Home and In Clinic
Locations: 1921 Rohlwing Rd. Rolling Meadows, IL, 60008 and a 30‑minute radius around this clinic location.
Compensation: $20‑$24 an hour
Initial Schedule (15‑25 Hours/Week)This schedule is set to start, with potential for more hours and schedule growth as the caseload expands.
Responsibilities- Work one‑on‑one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the BCBA, client’s family, and team members.
- Attend required supervision and team meetings.
- Must hold the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete the RBT 40‑hour training prior to starting.
- Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Punctuality, excellent time management, and professional demeanor are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).

- Receive ongoing training and clinical support from experienced BCBAs.
