Schedule:

Wednesday‑Friday 2:30pm‑11pm & Saturday 7am‑7pm (36hrs)

Pay: $21.35/hour + Paid Training! Med Passer Differential: +$1/hr during medication pass periods. Weekend Pay: +$3/hr differential for weekends.

• Provide active treatment to clients, including training and assistance in all areas addressed in their individual program plans.
• Teach and support individuals in using community resources.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping.
• Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
• Perform a 2‑person lift as required.
• Remain awake for the duration of the entire shift; this is not a sleep facility.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid IL driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Previous experience with behavior disorders and autism‑related issues preferred.
