Residential Counselor – Fremont CILAA CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.

Rolling Meadows, IL
Hours:
Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday 3pm
- Tuesday 9am & Tuesday 3pm
- Wednesday 9am (36hrs)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
