Overview
Provide exceptional HR support by serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, processing HR transactions, maintaining accurate employee data in Oracle, and supporting HR programs, policies, and benefits administration. Resolve routine issues, elevate complex matters, and ensure timely service through ticket management and adherence to service level agreements.
How you'll make an impact- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and benefits.
- Process employee transactions, including new hires, status changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within Oracle.
- Manage and resolve service tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Provide first-level HR systems and process support; escalated complex issues as needed.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, employee communications, and HR documentation.
- Generate reports and maintain confidential employee records.
- Identify process improvements and document workflows and procedures.
- Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance activities.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in position or specialization, supporting HR programs and processes. Minimum of high school diploma. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook. Must have prior experience completing transactions in HR Systems. Must be fluent in Canadian French.
