Primary Skills
Engagement Marketo to Salesforce marketing Cloud migration
- 14 years of total IT experience with 7 years in Salesforce Functional Consulting
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functional capabilities across Marketing as a domain Some knowledge on Marketo
- Expertise in Salesforce data structures data migration data loader data governance and integration functional flows
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC data management and integration patterns including hands on understanding of SFMC APIs REST SOAP
- Work onsite with client teams to drive requirement analysis functional solutioning data mapping governance and cross cloud implementation support
- Experience in Salesforce functional consulting business analysis and migration oriented solution design supported by SFMC platform exposure and APIdriven operations
- Provide functional inputs for migrating Marketo SFMC using RESTSOAP APIs
- Act as the functional SME throughout end to end implementation including requirement sign off solution validation testing support and UAT facilitation
- Ensure functional traceability for all requirements maintain documentation and support change management activities
