Specializes in the management of a cross functional team which works on significant technology and AI projects through scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. Manages technical and nontechnical aspects of the project.

Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project. Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project Provides logistical project support, risk management, and progress reporting

• Manage delivery of complex IT and AI-driven projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains to meet strategic objectives.
• Define and maintain project scope, goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Implement governance, risk management, and compliance practices related to AI systems.
• Develop communication and change management plans for key stakeholders.
• Provide technical and logistical project support, assess risks, and ensure timely reporting on progress and outcomes.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
