Global HRIS Senior Solution Specialist - Absence & Time

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global HRIS Senior Solution Specialist to join our HR Technology team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor
, helping design, implement, and optimize scalable global solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business policies into system functionality and driving successful HR technology adoption.

• Lead the global design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure:
  • Absence plans
  • Eligibility profiles
  • Accrual rules
  • Carryover and expiration logic
  • Time entry profiles
  • Time calculation rules
  • Processing profiles
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements.
• Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases.
• Deliver training and support to end users and business partners.
• Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally.

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization.
• Hands‑on experience with Fast Formulas, Eligibility Profiles, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience personalizing Oracle Redwood pages using VBCS.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Absence Management and/or Time & Labor.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
• 7+ years of overall HCM application experience.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Have strong project management skills and experience working within SDLC methodologies.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive projects to completion.
• Can balance business requirements with technical and cross‑functional impacts across Oracle HCM.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
