Body Builders Automotive is actively seeking an experienced Refinish Prepper/Polisher to join our skilled team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by delivering a flawless final finish — ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reviewing repair blueprints/estimates to understand the scope of work performed on a vehicle
• Skilled in sanding, prepping, and polishing vehicles after the paint process
• Ability to perform prep and finish work in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry advancements
• Collaborative team player
• I-CAR certification and paint manufacturer certifications preferred
• Valid state driver's license for operating customer or company vehicles
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a collision center setting
• Ability to follow direction and work within established procedures
• Strong quality focus with a commitment to safe, accurate repairs
• Drive for continuous learning and professional development
