Available Shifts- Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- BAYLOR Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Full-Time Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+ $3.50/hr shift differential)
- Full-Time Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+ $2.00/hr shift differential)
- Part-Time Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+ $2.00/hr shift differential)
Orchard Manor is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! If you’re looking for a stable role with flexible shifts, competitive pay, and a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.
As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in providing hands-on care and improving the daily lives of our residents.
What You’ll Do- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide safe transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols
- Accurately document care in EHR systems (PCC preferred)
- Support nursing staff and collaborate with the care team
- Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Increased starting rates across all shifts
