Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $3.50 Shift Diff | FT Evenings & Nights Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Increased Pay Rates! Available Full-Time Shifts

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evenings) - $3.50/hr shift differential
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights) - $3.50/hr shift differential

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to RN/physician
• Support CNAs and collaborate with the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• Active LPN license (required)
