$36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience.

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Call required.

• Assume responsibility for complete nursing process in patient care from admission to discharge.
• Complete assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Revise plans of care as indicated.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team approach appropriate for specialty of practice.
• Follow Illinois Nurse Practice Act and ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.

• Successful completion of an Associate’s degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Valid Illinois RN license.
• CPR BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
