ERM is seeking a Consultant, Land Services, Title Researcher in the Chicagoland area to support land acquisition, right-of-way, and real estate due diligence. You will conduct title research, analyze property records, and deliver ownership information for project decisions.
Required 2–3 years of title research experience, with strong knowledge of Illinois records and ability to read deeds, mortgages, and easements. Hybrid work in the Chicago area, with collaboration across stakeholders.
