Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers;
Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed and staff are trained;
Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality, safe, and fast food, that food is safe, that food costs are controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew
