• Use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options.
• Work on the sales floor, offering personalized sales expertise.
• Engage through community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current on evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience required as training and coaching will be provided.

Part‑time retail sales consultants earn between $24,000 and $53,360 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
