Pricing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have; if unable to answer, direct them to a team member who can.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process‑driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product; stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work consistently with customers.

This role offers a step pay plan that generally starts between $15.25 and $16.98, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
