Base pay range: $51,000 - $99,500 per year.

Artex reimagines risk management. You’ll support clients navigating complex risks with forward‑looking solutions that go beyond expectations.

• Manage වේ assigned book of business and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Lead appropriate resources to address the client’s risk/capital management needs.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and coverage, cultivating relationships with senior buyer and day‑to‑day representatives; maintain retention goals for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate work of administrative support and customer service as required.
• Serve as first line of contact when Account Executive or Broker/Producer is unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience, or high school degree with 8+ years of experience. License required. Able to priro travel ~25% of the time.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
• Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity.
• Desire to deliver results.
