• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to the right products for their projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone or in person, ensuring each customer feels valued.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales representatives to drive sales and resolve customer needs.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers to meet customer demands.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• 2–3 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Industry knowledge a plus; training available for motivated candidates.
• Spanish‑speaking skills are required.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
