Job Overview

The Financial Services Representative I is a foundational role at Bank of America and Merrill. The position provides training and coaching to develop client servicing and sales skills. You will work in a phone‑based environment from a Merrill Contact Center, delivering point‑of‑call servicing and resolution on brokerage accounts while identifying clients’ needs and supporting sales opportunities.

• Provide point‑of‑call servicing and resolution on brokerage accounts.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client care and build client relationships.
• Support sales with existing Merrill clients and refer opportunities to specialist and sales teams.
• Engage with clients by telephone confidently.

• Flexible to work any schedule:
  Sunday to Friday 8AM–9PM CST.
• Active Year Up intern.

Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
