Along with our competitive base salary, this role offers highly lucrative, uncapped commission potential and an uncapped tiered bonus structure paid out monthly, allowing sellers to significantly increase earnings with no ceiling.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions
  • Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI-supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities
  • Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience
  • Support volume-based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience
  • P&C Insurance licensing required

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
