Account Manager

Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing B2B technology distributor, is looking to add an Account Manager to their team in Rolling Meadows, IL
.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to build a long-term career in sales with a company that invests heavily in training, mentorship, and professional growth.

This position starts as an inside sales/account management role, working with inbound opportunities and existing customer relationships, while providing a clear path into business development and outside sales for high performers.

• Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers
• Manage inbound sales opportunities while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Prospect for new business through outbound phone calls and email outreach as your role develops
• Continue developing into a full-cycle sales professional with long-term advancement opportunities

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree considered for the right candidate)
• Customer-facing experience required (retail, restaurant, hospitality, banking, fitness, customer service, etc.)
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Competitive, outgoing personality with a desire to build a career in sales
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business

• Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential
• First-year earnings around $75K
