Set up and operate hand-held oxygen-fuel torches to heat copper components to the correct temperature;
Apply flux and filler metals to create high-conductivity joints between copper plates, terminals, and tubes;
Clean and degrease copper surfaces prior to brazing to ensure proper bonding and joint integrity;
Use jigs and fixtures to align parts accurately according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions;
Perform visual inspections of completed joints to verify complete capillary action, proper wetting, and overall bond integrity
