We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Floor Techs to join our team in Rome, GA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive flooring surfaces in our facility. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Perform routine floor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Operate floor cleaning machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to management.
• Maintain proper storage and care of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with other janitorial duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Floor Tech or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
