Location:

25 Darlington Drive, Rome, GA (On-site)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (Summer: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Requirements: 2+ years custodial experience; 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs

What You'll Do

As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will keep facility operations running smoothly and safely every day.

• Act as the primary on-site custodial lead, supervising, coaching, and supporting team members during daily assignments.
• Serve as a proactive cleaning supervisor by conducting check-ins, monitoring equipment, and performing regular quality inspections.
• Coordinate shift coverage, maintain proper inventory levels, and respond promptly to client service requests or emergencies.

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years of hands-on commercial or institutional cleaning experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemical safety, and floor care practices.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude.
