Allegiant-Carter Management in Rome, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance requests across the property, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural tasks. You will supervise technicians, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
The role requires at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, 1–2 years supervisory experience, HVAC certification, refrigeration certification, and a valid driver’s license.
