Clean and maintain all common areas, residents' rooms/apartments, and guest restrooms to ensure a safe, sanitary, and inviting environment;
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, handrails, and hanging pictures; clean glass surfaces, doors, and walls;
Disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces; sanitize utility bins and organize laundry or storage areas;
Launder community linens, towels, and sheets; wash residents' personal clothing while keeping items separated;
Assist with other duties as assigned, such as supporting special events or seasonal deep cleaning
