Maintenance Supervisor

Altor Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient operation of production equipment, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will coordinate repairs, manage work orders in our CMMS, and partner with operations to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to support safe, reliable plant operations
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Manage and optimize use of the CMMS for work orders, parts, and maintenance records
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and facility equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
• Coordinate with production and operations to minimize downtime and support throughput goals
• Oversee maintenance inventory, vendors, and contractors for repairs and services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and equipment performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and equipment reliability
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff to build technical capability and teamwork
