* 1st and 2nd Shift

Are you ready to advance your logistics career? Kelly Services is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operators for our valued clients in Romeoville, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for efficient warehouse operations.

** What You'll Do*
* As a Forklift Operator, you will operate the stand up forklift in a  freezer environments. Your responsibilities will include moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise, as well as assisting with order filling and verification tasks.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Safely unload inbound shipments and transfer products to storage, including freezer areas

+ Efficiently stack and store merchandise in both ambient and freezer locations

+ Prepare products for shipment, verifying both type and quantity

+ Load products into rail cars or trailers from staging and storage areas

+ Operate Stand-Up, Sit Down, or other powered equipment as needed

+ Utilize RF scanning equipment for order processing

+ Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation

+ Assist with physical inventories (including freezer)

+ Support building, grounds, and equipment maintenance

+ Uphold SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing requirements

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* + Comfortable working in freezer environments, frequently moving in and out of cold storage

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities a plus
