Clean, maintain, and repair carpeted and hard floor surfaces using provided tools and procedures;
Operate floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning equipment;
Move furniture and assist with inventory of supplies and equipment;
Follow safety procedures and PPE usage; open/lock facilities and manage security systems as required;
Adapt floor maintenance to different flooring types and conditions
