Marquette Management Inc. () is hiring for a Service Manager at our Romulus, MI location.
The Service Manager role is vital to ensuring residents enjoy a clean, well‑maintained living environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- General repairs to apartments and common areas
- Vacant apartment preparation
- Snow and trash removal
- Emergency repairs
- Cleaning and landscaping
- Ordering maintenance equipment and supplies
- Record keeping and accepting deliveries
- Moving appliances and other job‑related duties
- Previous maintenance experience, preferable in apartment or hotel industry
- Excellent leadership, customer service skills and general computer knowledge
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns
- HVAC or EPA Universal certification (preferred)
- Availability for on‑call duties and weekend work (preferred)
