Janitor - Afternoon Shift

Job Description

Keeps assigned areas of plant, building and properties in a clean and orderly condition. Performs duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, aisles or other areas. Empties dust collectors; loads trash. Operates variety of related power equipment including industrial trucks, transporters, floor scrubbers, etc.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be available for any shift. Must be knowledgeable in the proper handling of chemicals and waste, both hazardous and nonhazardous, as defined by FDA, OSHA, EPA and DOT. Employees must be able to be properly fitted and wear a respirator while working in designated areas. See attached Essential Job Functions. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation.
