Sun Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep across our communities, including grounds, facilities, and utilities. You will handle trash, minor repairs, irrigation checks, snow removal, and safety compliance while delivering strong resident service.
Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors year-round, and operate common maintenance tools. A valid driver's license is required.
